• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

Deliveries are handled through our partner courier, Quiqup:

• Same Day Delivery: Available for Dubai and selected Emirates if orders are placed before the daily cut-off time.
• Next Day Delivery: For all other Emirates within the UAE.
• Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 2–3 business days.

All orders include a tracking number provided once your order is dispatched. You will receive updates directly via WhatsApp from our courier. Please ensure your phone number is entered correctly at checkout.
