Refund & Replacement Policy

We want every customer to feel great about their experience with Buffalo Whey Protein | Middle East. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it simple and stress-free.

1. My Order Arrived Damaged

This is very rare, but if it happens, we’ll fix it fast. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a short description (or a photo/video) of the damage, and we’ll send you a replacement or refund. You don’t need to send the product back.

2. There’s an Issue with My Product

If something’s wrong that doesn’t fall into the categories above, just reach out to us. Include your order number and details of the issue, and our team will do everything we can to make it right.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us via email at support@buffalowheyprotein.me within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact email
  • Description or photo/video of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and arrange the appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
